Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) Pics

by in Asia, Photo Journal, Travel

Arrived in Kuala Lumpur today. Had to work most of the day but I was able to get to the KLCC before sunset. It was raining heavily this afternoon and I saw many trees that had been uprooted and fell on parked and moving cars. That left traffic at a virtual standstill. By the time we arrived to the KLCC, my friends and I had enough time to eat (had delicious Malay cuisine), shop for books (picked up a travel guide for Tanzania and Zanzibar) and take pics of the Petronas Towers.

Tomorrow will be a busy day but I should have time for more travel pics in the evening. There are several places in KL that I want to visit.

Hope you like this selection of tonight’s best.

I love this image.

Wow, gorgeous night photography! This is not at all what I expected KL to look like. So cosmopolitan!

The malls must have done damage to your purse. I can only afford Chinatown, lol.

      How’s life in LV?

The Petronus Towers are on my list. Have you already/did you go to the top? And I’m really excited to hear about your Africa trip!

I might be able to go on the bridge connecting the towers tomorrow. You can’t go up to the top of them though :-(

Amazing nighttime photos of the towers! I have fond memories of shopping in KL actually. The malls were just different than anything I’d ever seen.
